MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Sheriff's Office has announced an arrest and charges involving a 32-year-old Missouri man.
The Sheriff's Office says James L. Grantham, of Kearney, was intercepted while driving Saturday. A K-9 alerted authorities to illegal drugs in the car.
A search recovered nearly three and a half ounces of a crystal substance, that field tested positive later for methamphetamine.
Grantham and a passenger, Levi Wear, are charged with delivery of a controlled substance. The Sheriff's Office adds this case was in cooperation with Maryville police and Iowa authorities.
